Daffodil bulbs for years of flowering pleasure

Once you've planted daffodil bulbs in your garden, they'll give you years of flowering pleasure. They're an easy and rewarding plant that always brings a lot of joy. Daffodil bulbs grow and bloom best with plenty of water. The more water you give them, the taller they can grow. Plant daffodil bulbs in a bright spot, but remember that they last longest in a cool, dry environment. Daffodil bulbs look best when planted in clusters. These cheerful flowers also thrive in containers and pots, and they're also striking eye-catchers under deciduous trees.

Naturalizing bulbs

One of the strengths of daffodil bulbs is that they can remain in the ground and produce beautiful flowers year after year. That's why daffodil bulbs are ideal; they bloom again every spring and are therefore excellent for naturalizing. They do need a sunny location, however. Leave the bulb's foliage on the plant as long as possible after flowering, add some dried cow manure or compost in the fall, and you can enjoy these magnificent flowers for years to come. Daffodils also thrive along ponds and are often found along ditches.
